personal bankruptcy trustee Calgary

JW Weber & Associates Inc. is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee helping Albertans navigate their journey out of debt. We are a locally owned Alberta business servicing Albertans no matter where they live in Alberta.

What is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee

A Licensed Insolvency Trustee (“LIT”) is the only professional who is authorized to administer government regulated insolvency proceedings such as a consumer proposal or bankruptcy, that allows you to be discharged from your debt and get a financial fresh start.

Meeting with a LIT for your consultation to review your specific circumstances and review all of the options for dealing with those debts is free, whether or not you decide to proceed with a filing of a consumer proposal or bankruptcy.

A LIT is an officer of the Court and as such represents an impartial role in the balancing of your rights and those of the creditors.

When you choose to engage the services of a LIT, you can be assured that you are dealing with someone who has the knowledge, experience and skills to be granted a license by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.

Our Commitment To You

You will always be treated with dignity and respect in our dealings with you.

We take the time to ensure you have the information to make an informed decision.

Unlike larger firms, our Trustee is always available to you from signing to completion.

Your questions and concerns are answered and discussed in a timely manner.
